Below, we tell you in detail how we use and store all of your personal data but, in summary, any personal information you give us is safe and confidential: we store all of your information on a secure server and never share any of your personal details with anybody out side of BHC for any mailing or marketing purposes. Any “hard copy” information is kept in a locked and secure environment.

To provide you with the best possible service, we’d like to keep you up to date with a range of events and services provided by BHC, this may include news of special events and services. If you have registered for the subscription service, we may occasionally contact you for research purposes by post, telephone or text messaging. You can choose not to receive further information from us by unsubscribing.
You have the right to request at any time a copy of any information which we hold about you we hold at any time, and to have any information corrected if it is inaccurate. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your rights under the Data Protection Act 1998.

When you contact us by any means with queries.
When you enter, prize draws or any competitions.
When you book any kind of appointment with us or book to attend an event.
When you choose to complete any surveys, we send you.
When you fill in any forms e.g. If an accident occurs on the premises.
When you’ve given a third-party permission to share with us information they hold about you.
We may collect data from a publicly available source, such as Land Registry, when you have given your consent to share information or, where the information is made public as a matter of law.
When using our car parking facilities, the CCTV system is operated for the security of both members and partners. These systems may record your image during your visit.

When texts are used.
When photographs are used in connection with social events, and sometimes shared with our partners.
